More people are making the intentional decision to downsize their home and life for a variety of reasons, from sustainability to simplicity. Our Client, Simple Life, has perfected the idea of living a simpler lifestyle. Surprised? Consider the fact that they are approaching “sold-out “ status of their “Village” Community near Asheville, NC and opening 3 more communities in North Carolina and Florida.

Their motto “Live Large. Carry Less." is resonating with homebuyers looking to downsize and live inside a smaller yet happier footprint. We are honored to continue working with them!
